Monkey Chief Green tea from Tea Adventure is a organic variant produced in Taiping. It is also called Tai Ping Hou Kui. The tea is named after the legend of humans and monkeys learning to live together in the valley where the tea trees grow. The people called this tea "Taiping Hou Kui." "Hou" means "monkey", "Kui" means "chief" or "boss" and Taiping is the place. The highest quality Monkey Chief green tea is produced In the village of Hou Keng. This village, in the county of Tai Ping, is located north of the famous Yellow Mountain in AnHui. One of the most beautiful mountains in China.
